Over the next two years, TEAM aims to get patients and the public clued up, active and involved in the health and social care that they receive. At the same time, TEAM will work to strengthen health and social care providers’ strategy and practice, through knowledge sharing with patients and third sector organisations.
Broadly TEAM’s work falls into two categories; training and resource provision for patients and third sector groups, and interventions to help strengthen the health and social care system itself.
Within that we work in four areas; Health Care and Associated Infections (HCAIs), patient safety, patient privacy and dignity, and patient engagement. This page will lead all our audiences, from patients to professionals, to resources and activites in the four areas we work in:
